- Defect Analysis
- Dilapidations
- Dilapidations Assessments
- Vendor Surveys
- Boundary Dispute Resolution
- Feasibility Assessments
- Condition Survey
- Business Development

The Person:

You will need to be MRICS and have a proven track record in traditional building surveying, ideally from the private sector.
