This a fantastic opportunity for an MRICS Property Management Surveyor to join an established team within a multi-disciplinary property consultancy. 
 
You will be responsible for:
- Managing commercial property portfolios for a range of landlord/investor clients.
- Take full client contact responsibility.
- Managing service charge budgets and reconciliations.
- Working across varied portfolios including offices, industrial and retail properties.
 
To be successful, you must be:
- A Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Experienced in managing investment/landlord-side commercial property portfolios.
- Experienced in managing service charge budgets.
- Experience in reporting to clients.
