Working for a top-tier international property consultancy you will join an existing team that primarily works with commercial clients across the Midlands region.

You will be involved with the following:
- Design and contract administration of construction projects
- Fund and project monitoring
- Building/acquisition surveys
- The preparation and negotiation of schedules of dilapidations and condition
- Feasibility studies
- Building reinstatement cost assessments.

You will work with commercial clients across the midlands region covering industrial, offices and retail properties.

To succeed, you must be an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor.
