Assistant Property Management Surveyor

Working with Landlord investor based clients, you will be managing prestigious commercial portfolios consisting of office, industrial and retail property types.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Day to day property management of a range of commercial properties including offices, industrial and retail.

- Rent Collection - handle the collection of all funds with receipts disbursed quickly to protect cash flow.

- Service Charge Management - Service charge budgets and reconciliations are prepared in line with the RICS Code of Practice.

- Facilities Management - ensure that a high-quality service is provided, be it cleaning, landscaping, M&E maintenance or fabric repairs and maintenance.

- Health & Safety and Risk Management - Safety and compliance form an integral part of on-site services ensuring that client interests are protected at all times.

- Due Diligence - be it acquisitions, compliance issues or property management problems, supporting with any property specific needs.

To be successful, you will need to come from a property management background, either commercial or residential, and from either a landlord or an occupier side.

MRICS is desirable but not essential. AssocRICS is also fine.

Facilities Managers with experience in Service Charge budgets may also be considered.
