This opportunity is working with 1 specific retail biased end-client who have nearly 1000 properties across the UK covering both occupational and investment properties.
The property consultancy have a fantastic working relationship with this client and on average spend 1 day per week based from their office.
The client relationship is very personable, with clear communication, and both sides are open to suggesting and implementing new ideas.
One of the top priorities right now for this international property consultancy is to grow their business and they see this Estates Management appointment as instrumental to their success.
This is an all encompassing Estates Management role. You will be responsible for managing 3rd party landlord and tenant work, which may be brought back in house moving forward.
Ideally you will have experience of managing a portfolio of commercial properties and be MRICS qualified.
