A fantastic opportunity to join a growing and innovative supplier of conservatories.
You will join the senior leadership team and take responsibility for managing the newly formed contracts management department.
You will be required to:
Establish a national network of approved third-party installers including monitoring their performance and take action where standards are not being met.
Create a fair pricing mechanism that ensures value for money for the end customer.
Create and implement formalised systems to provide the required levels of control.
Ensure that the contracts department works seamlessly
with both the sales department and the operations department.
Help develop the contracts department developing the contracts to a major part of a fast-growing business.
Report directly to the managing director
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have previous experience of contracts management and managing sub-contractors in a building / home improvement environment.
You will also need working knowledge of building practice, building regulations and planning permissions, as applicable to house building.
