A fantastic opportunity to join a growing and innovative supplier of conservatories.  

You will join the senior leadership team and take responsibility for managing the newly formed contracts management department.

You will be required to:

  • Establish a national network of approved third-party installers including monitoring their performance and take action where standards are not being met. 

  • Create a fair pricing mechanism that ensures value for money for the end customer.

  • Create and implement formalised systems to provide the required levels of control.

  • Ensure that the contracts department works seamlessly

    with both the sales department and the operations department.

  • Help develop the contracts department developing the contracts to a major part of a fast-growing business.

  • Report directly to the managing director


To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have previous experience of contracts management and managing sub-contractors in a building / home improvement environment.

You will also need working knowledge of building practice, building regulations and planning permissions, as applicable to house building.
